Warehouse Custodian​/Janitor

Warehouse Custodian / Janitor - Facilities & Maintenance Uline Inc., a leading North American distributor of shipping and industrial supplies, is seeking a Warehouse Custodian / Janitor to keep our fast-paced distribution facility clean, safe and organized. In this role, you'll perform daily cleaning of warehouse floors, docks, offices and restrooms, handle trash and recycling, restock supplies and support basic facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, docks, offices and restrooms using brooms, mops, auto-scrubbers and vacuums.
• Collect, segregate and dispose of trash, recycling and cardboard according to company and safety guidelines.
• Replenish janitorial and restroom supplies, tracking low stock and notifying supervisor as needed.
• Perform routine light maintenance such as sweeping debris, wiping surfaces, and cleaning breakrooms and common areas.
• Inspect facilities for spills, hazards or damage and promptly report issues to Facilities & Maintenance leadership.
• Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and follow all OSHA, safety and chemical-handling procedures.
• Support warehouse operations by keeping aisles, exits and emergency equipment areas clear and organized.
• Assist with occasional special projects such as deep cleans, seasonal cleanups and facility moves.
