Job Description Summary
This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00AM – 4:00PM (on call required)

- Experience in apartment maintenance, groundskeeping, and general property upkeep preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair is a plus
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team are required
Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. Work inside and outside in all weather conditions. Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25pounds independently and 50pounds with assistance. May require occasional travel for training, meetings, or assistance at other properties. Flexible schedule may include evening, weekend, and holiday call‑outs.
RequiredLicenses or Certifications
- EPA certifications Type1 andII or Universal for refrigerant recycling (for Certified Service Technicians).
- All certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions (for all Service Technicians).
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
Hourly range: $22.12 – $23.00 (Pleasanton). Payroll may include quarterly, monthly, or weekly bonus programs; base salary may be eligible for corporate or onsite bonus programs based on performance.
