M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.
THE WORKNight cleaning in commercial office buildings: offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, floors, and trash. Working after tenants leave, on a set route, with a crew we are building out now.
We are building this crew now. That means real hours from the start, and room to move up as it grows. If you have run a night route before, say so - we need leads as well as cleaners.
What We're Looking ForCommercial janitorial experience. Reliable on a night schedule. Works independently once you know the route. Able to be on your feet and lift.
NICE TO HAVE- Floor care: buffing, stripping, waxing, carpet extraction.
- Crew lead experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Uniforms provided.
- Dental and vision fully paid by the company, and half your medical premium.
