Position SummaryAs a Maintenance Associate, you will be on your feet most of the shift maintaining parking lots, restrooms, floors, and overall cleanliness. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will create a great first and last impression for all members.
Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates.
- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and floor scrubbing tasks.
- Respond to spills and obstacles, ensuring prompt cleanup using approved equipment.
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials following safety and environmental protocols.
- Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to management.
- Operate floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment.
- Maintain stock of approved chemicals and supplies, reorder when levels are low.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work an entire shift on feet and in physically demanding environments.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced settings and adapting to changing work scenarios.
- Commitment to member satisfaction and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Preferred:
Experience with cleaning or custodial work is a plus.
