M&M Marine and Freedom Boat Club of Greater Boston and Cape Cod are seeking a reliable, detail-focused Boat Detailer to join our growing team year-round.

This is a full-time position with consistent work throughout the year — not just a seasonal role.

The Boat Detailer is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of customer boats, dealership inventory, and our large boat club fleet. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring every boat leaves the dealership looking showroom-ready.

• Wash, wax, and detail boats to dealership and club standards
• Interior cleaning, polishing, and protection of surfaces
• Hull cleaning, oxidation removal, and gelcoat care
• Prepare new and pre-owned boats for delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, and detailing equipment
• Assist service and operations teams as needed
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices

• Prior boat detailing, automotive detailing, or marine experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working on and around boats
• Valid driver’s license required
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Must be 18 years of age or older
