Perform floor maintenance cleaning (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning) across multiple facilities;
Operate floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitize flooring and upholstery;
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment in assigned vehicles;
Close out work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System via cellphone, iPad, or computer;
Travel to and from facilities within a designated route/radius and provide coverage as needed
