Maintenance tech

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support the upkeep, repair, and smooth operation of our facility and equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in solving problems, working safely, and helping maintain a clean, functional, and efficient environment.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and general repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC issues as assigned.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document work completed.
• Assist with installations, adjustments, and replacement of parts or equipment.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance areas in an organized and safe condition.
• Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support facility cleanliness and operational readiness as needed.

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related hands-on role preferred.
• Working knowledge of general building systems, repair techniques, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
