Custodian

Custodian – Part-Time We are looking for a responsible Custodian to maintain our company headquarters and carry out cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our offices clean, safe, and orderly.

This is a part-time position, working between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM, five days a week. Some scheduling flexibility is preferred.

Responsibilities Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.)Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities

Carry out targeted cleaning tasks and special projects as needed

Make minor adjustments and repairs

Notify management of deficiencies or the need for major repairs

Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies

Collaborate with the rest of the staff

Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills & Qualifications Prior experience as a janitor, custodian, or in a similar role Ability to operate cleaning-related equipment and machinery

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Strong attention to detail and conscientiousness

Physical stamina — most of the workday is spent on your feet Physical strength — able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Integrity and the ability to work independently

High school diploma or equivalent
