Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet at Carlson client locations in the Upper Midwest. Work under limited supervision and collaborate with team members.
Responsibilities include operating floor machines, sweeping, debris cleanup, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, and quality checks. Must be able to lift 45 pounds, work weekends, and have reliable transportation.
