Repair and maintenance of facilities, systems, or equipment;
Respond to and troubleshoot maintenance requests involving electrical, structural, plumbing and equipment repair or replacement;
Perform all scheduled maintenance as established in x5 CMMS and provide input into new maintenance schedules;
Maintain chillers and monitor/operate the Building Management System (BMS);
Direct and work alongside contractors, as needed
