MBG Property Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician/Caretaker for our Redwood Falls property. You will handle maintenance repairs, custodial duties, grounds upkeep and resident services to keep the community safe and welcoming.
The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with no onsite housing and a pay rate of $21.00/hour. Responsibilities include inspecting the property, completing work orders, performing repairs in multiple trades, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
