Schedule: 8 hours per day, 12‑month position

Salary: $14.12 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

The principal function of an employee in this class is to perform routine custodial general maintenance, cleaning, and grounds‑keeping tasks in school buildings and grounds to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment. Additional duties may include minor maintenance tasks in district facilities. This position is supervised by the Custodial Foreman. The work includes use of electrically powered cleaning equipment, cleaning substances with related hazards, and outdoor work in inclement weather.

Physical exertion and heavy lifting (e.g., classroom and office furniture) are required.

High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred. Some custodial experience preferred.
