Dean|Fluor seeks a Lead General Maintenance Technician to oversee 24/7 maintenance of a mission-critical government facility. You will supervise technicians and subcontractors, assign work, and ensure safety, quality, and reliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
You will mentor staff, coordinate preventive and emergency maintenance, maintain CMMS records, and support continuous improvement to sustain mission readiness.
