We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. This position will be based in Pomona, CA.

The Maintenance Supervisor leads day‑to‑day maintenance activities within the manufacturing plant and manages a team of four or more employees.

• Ensure equipment maintenance for optimal performance and minimal downtime through proactive and urgent approaches.
• Plan and propose maintenance budgets, prioritizing expenditures to maximize operational efficiency.
• Serve as the main technical expert and point of contact for building infrastructure matters, collaborating with facilities to ensure compliance.
• Lead collaboration with external suppliers and maintenance service providers, fostering strong partnerships.
• Develop and deliver plant training programs for maintenance personnel.
• Ensure tasks comply with Siemens EH&S policies and OSHA regulations.
• Lead maintenance technicians in predictive & preventive maintenance and machine repair, cultivating a results‑driven work ethic.
• Develop, implement, and supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation for efficient manufacturing (TPM, OEE, SOPs, safety, etc.).
• Schedule maintenance timely with production to coordinate equipment and facility repairs.
• Maintain excellent communication and responsiveness to inquiries.

• 4 years’ experience leading a maintenance team in manufacturing practices or engineering.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• In‑depth knowledge of maintenance systems, work‑order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, inventory, and CMMS.

• BS degree in mechanical or related engineering.
• Knowledge and experience with Total Productive Maintenance systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
