Overview

Temco Logistics is seeking (3) Facilities Management Specialists to oversee maintenance operations across multiple distribution centers within a defined geographic region. This role is responsible for ensuring all facilities, equipment, and services are functional, well‑maintained, and safe for associates by executing established standard operating procedures across Compliance, Safety, Central Operations, and Facilities. This is a highly collaborative, field‑based role ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can drive operational consistency across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee site preservation and maintenance processes across assigned locations
  • Identify and resolve facility‑related issues to improve overall quality and compliance
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions related to structural, tenant improvement, service disruptions, and equipment challenges
  • Partner daily with Facilities, Compliance, Operations, and Real Estate/Legal teams
  • Support internal audits, ensure compliance adherence, and contribute to strategic program execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors
  • Coordinate on‑site work, provide performance feedback, and manage quote/RFP processes
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance and repair services
  • Manage divisional P&L in alignment with budget expectations
  • Follow approval workflows and communicate cost‑related decisions and action plans
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in facilities, maintenance, or multi‑site operations
  • Trade school certification or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in environments that may include unclean warehouse conditions
  • Willingness to travel overnight 25–50%
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced operational environment
  • Ability to manage vendors and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for emergency situations
