As a Termite Service Professional, you will:

• Build relationships
  :
  Create lifelong connections with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your own termite service route
  :
  Handle day‑to‑day operations with excellent time‑management.
• Perform both pre‑construction and post‑construction termite treatments.
• Resolve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers for satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management.
• Apply products according to label standards.
• Maintain safety
  :
  Keep a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.

• Outdoor and independent work
  :
  Mobile, independent role; face of Northwest in the community.
• Training and development
  :
  No exterminating experience required; comprehensive training and then lead your own accounts.

• Starting hourly pay $18, company vehicle, and company cell phone.

• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.

• Use ladders up to 32 feet within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
