ResponsibilitiesAs a Termite Service Professional, you will:
- Build relationships
:
Create lifelong connections with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Manage your own termite service route
:
Handle day‑to‑day operations with excellent time‑management. - Perform both pre‑construction and post‑construction termite treatments.
- Resolve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
- Communicate regularly with customers for satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management.
- Apply products according to label standards.
- Maintain safety
:
Keep a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.
- Outdoor and independent work
:
Mobile, independent role; face of Northwest in the community. - Training and development
:
No exterminating experience required; comprehensive training and then lead your own accounts. - Community impact

- Starting hourly pay $18, company vehicle, and company cell phone.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
- Use ladders up to 32 feet within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Work in all types of weather conditions.
