Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will help residents feel at home in our community by leading the maintenance team in efficiently maintaining their residence.

• Lead by example and are a role model for the standards and behaviors to ensure efficient property maintenance operations.
• Dedicate time to hiring, developing, and providing on-the-job and classroom education opportunities to technicians and community care associates.
• Show care and concern for residents through timely follow-up and meticulous completion of their apartment service tickets.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Manage the make‑ready and apartment turnover process with attention to detail and timeliness so apartments can be leased and new residents can move in.
• Preserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep, cleanliness, and grounds maintenance.
• Sustain peak efficiency operation levels for all property components.
• Adhere to applicable building, county, and safety codes/standards, while running an accident‑free operation.
• Reinforce monthly staffing schedules, ensuring 24/7 emergency coverage.

• EPA certification Type II or Universal.
• Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC.
• Valid Driver’s License.
