PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA - Buscamos personal de limpieza para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo. Tiempo Completo, Medio Tiempo o Fines de Semana.
JANITOR - We are looking for a hardworking janitor to join our cleaning team.
Responsibilities- Limpiar y abastecer las áreas designadas del edificio (quitar el polvo, barrer, pasar la aspiradora, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.) / Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Realizar y documentar las actividades de mantenimiento e inspección de rutina. / Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Realizar tareas de limpieza pesadas y proyectos especiales. / Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notificar a la gerencia de las deficiencias que ocurren o las necesidades de reparaciones. / Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Almacenar y mantener los suministros / Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperar con el resto del personal / Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Seguir las normas de salud y seguridad. / Follow all health and safety regulations
- Voluntad de aprender / Willingness to learn
- Integridad y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente / Integrity and ability to work independently
- Bilingüe inglés y español – preferible pero no requerido / Bi-lingual in English and Spanish – preferred
- Debe poder estar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo / Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Agacharse o agacharse con frecuencia / Bend down or stoop frequently
- Puede que necesite levantar objetos pesados / May need to lift heavy objects
- Habilidad para hablar con claridad para que otros puedan entenderlo. / Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
