Hotel Maintenance Manager
Compensation: $44,000 to $45,000 per year

The Role
As a Hotel Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring building systems, guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise the hotel maintenance team
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs
- Oversee repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety systems
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
- Manage maintenance work orders, schedules, inventories, and budgets
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and support emergency situations as needed
- Assist with capital improvement projects, renovations, and equipment upgrades

Qualifications
What Makes You You
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance, facilities management, or property engineering
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems
- Excellent troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintenance requests
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems and work order tracking
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused
- Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends and responding to emergency situations when required.
