Needing summer help June & July working on the Maintenance and or Paint crew.

Reports to: Director of Maintenance

Job Goal: Keeps the district's school buildings in a state of operating excellence that presents no problems or interruptions to the educational program. Perform general labor inside and outside the physical plant.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License with Good Driving Record.

Employment

Terms:

12 months, 8 hours per day (exclusive of lunch)

• Replaces and performs all functions of Custodian when needed.
• Performs various maintenance tasks such as equipment repair, minor housekeeping, repairs, painting etc.
• Performs general labor inside and outside the physical plant including district wide grounds keeping, handling materials and supplies, moving equipment, moving furniture, operating power-driven equipment, truck driving, snow plowing roofing mowing, and etc.
• Replaces light bulbs, moves ceiling tiles, repairs bleachers, soccer goals, and other assigned repairs in all athletic areas of district.
• Maintains all safety and code requirements of the State, local and Board of Education guidelines.
• Performs all other tasks as supervisor may assign.
