Position: Housekeeper (Full-Time) - Sawgrass

What You’ll DoKeep resident rooms, apartments, and community spaces clean, fresh, and welcoming

Perform routine and detailed cleaning tasks following department standards

Safely prepare and use cleaning products and equipment

Maintain organized work areas and ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly

Report maintenance concerns, broken equipment, and safety hazards promptly

Handle linens, trash removal, and room preparation with care and attention to detail

Promote a safe environment by following housekeeping and infection prevention practices

Deliver excellent service while respecting resident privacy, dignity, and personal belongings

Support the team with additional duties and projects as needed

Must Have Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and time management skills

Ability to safely follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Professional communication and customer service mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and active environment

Nice to Have Skills Previous housekeeping, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience

Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies

Knowledge of safe chemical handling and sanitation practices

Experience creating a welcoming guest or resident experience

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
