Club Maintenance Engineer

Marriott is seeking a Club Maintenance Engineer IV to support safe, reliable operations at our premier hospitality property. In this role, you will perform advanced maintenance and repair on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, and building systems, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests and associates. You will lead complex troubleshooting, oversee contractors, and help drive preventive maintenance programs in line with safety codes and Marriott standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on club and hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool systems
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure guest comfort and safety
• Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, back-of-house, and building systems to identify maintenance needs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and Marriott brand standards
• Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives within the property
• Assist with emergency response, including after-hours maintenance issues as needed
