Thompson Thrift is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Velara in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL to support daily maintenance, safety, and resident satisfaction across a multifamily community. You will work under the Maintenance Manager to complete service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with make-readies for occupied units.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in property maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50–100 pounds.
