Our maintenance team helps make sure Wally’s always delivers the clean, welcoming experience travelers expect.
Benefits at Wally’s What You'll DoMost of your time will be spent keeping the outside of the property looking great and operating smoothly.
This includes things like:
- Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, and fuel areas clean and safe
- Emptying trash and keeping outdoor areas organized
- Maintaining the fuel pump and canopy areas
- Helping with snow and ice removal in winter
- Operating equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and utility vehicles
- Supporting the team with deliveries, stocking, or projects when needed
- Helping keep maintenance tools and supply areas organized

- Are dependable and show up ready to work
- Can work independently but also help the team when needed
- Are comfortable using tools or equipment (we’ll train you)
Previous maintenance, janitorial, or grounds experience is helpful but not required.
What the Job Is Like- You’ll be on your feet and moving throughout the property
- Some work happens outside in different weather conditions
- You may lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Most shifts involve walking, lifting, and general facility upkeep
