Wally's is looking for dependable team members to join our Grounds & Maintenance Crew
. This role focuses primarily on keeping the outside of our property clean, safe, and looking great for guests
.

Our maintenance team helps make sure Wally's always delivers the clean, welcoming experience travelers expect.

• Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, and fuel areas clean and safe
• Emptying trash and keeping outdoor areas organized
• Maintaining the fuel pump and canopy areas
• Helping with snow and ice removal in winter
• Operating equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and utility vehicles
• Supporting the team with deliveries, stocking, or projects when needed
• Helping keep maintenance tools and supply areas organized

• Are comfortable using tools or equipment (we'll train you)

Previous maintenance, janitorial, or grounds experience is helpful but not required.

• You'll be on your feet and moving throughout the property
• Some work happens outside in different weather conditions
• You may lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Most shifts involve walking, lifting, and general facility upkeep
