Independent Management Services is seeking a hands-on maintenance assistant for our Pontiac, MI community. You will participate in ongoing maintenance education, conduct daily area inspections, and help keep common spaces clean and well-groomed.
You will assist with reconditioning vacant units, perform light maintenance tasks, and support snow removal efforts under the Site Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. The role requires year-round outdoor work and adherence to housing laws.
