Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodial Supervisor to our team at a professional medical office facility near the Woodward Avenue corridor in Pontiac. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and wants to stay actively involved with the team they supervise.

This is a true working supervisor position. In addition to providing daily direction and support to custodial employees, the Custodial Supervisor will work alongside the team and take an active role in cleaning operations. The right person will be approachable, dependable, and ready to help maintain the high level of cleanliness expected in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support assigned custodial employees
• Assign work and monitor cleaning quality
• Perform routine custodial duties alongside the team
• Help maintain supplies, equipment, and safe work practices
• Communicate staffing or facility concerns to management

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a medical office environment
• Previous custodial experience required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Ability to lead while actively participating in cleaning duties
• Ability to perform routine physical custodial work

Pay: $16.00 per hour
