Account Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Account Supervisor to oversee Janitorial operations. This role ensures that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, supporting a clean and healthy learning environment for students and staff.

* High school diploma or GED required; additional vocational training or certifications preferred.

* Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in janitorial or custodial services, preferably in an educational setting.

* Strong leadership and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.

* Ability to lift and operate cleaning equipment and stand for extended periods.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Knowledge of OSHA and school safety standards.

* Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial operations across school buildings.

* Develop and manage cleaning schedules to meet school needs and special events.

* Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and safety regulations.

* Train janitorial staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.

* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order replacements as needed.

* Address and resolve complaints or issues related to janitorial services.

* Collaborate with school administrators and maintenance teams to align custodial services with facility needs.

* Assist in hiring, onboarding, and evaluating janitorial staff performance.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Prepare reports and maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance.
