Training pay $19/HR
ResponsibilitiesWith Northwest, you will experience a fun work environment that cares about your growth and goals. As a Pest Control Service Professional, you will protect customers’ homes, businesses, and families from pests.
What you do:
- Building Relationships: You’ll establish lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing Your Service Route: You’ll oversee daily operations of your Service Route, using strong time‑management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
- Perform commercial pest control.
- Problem‑solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
- Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
- Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
- Safety First: You’ll maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving the company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure protection for yourself and the people you serve.
- Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.
- Training pay $19/HR, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No Experience Required!
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
