Janitorial Shift Lead

We are seeking for a reliable Janitorial Shift Lead to supervise and support operation.

Schedule

Hours:

3:00pm-10:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Duties:

* Lead and support employees during assigned shift

* Coordinate daily cleaning operational tasks.

* Communicate client requests, concerns, and operational updates to management.

* Maintain a safe and organized work environment

* Assist with training and cross-training employees as needed

* Other assigned duties to support operation needs

Requirements:

* Ability to work with other crew members

* Good time management and attention to detail

* Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions

* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

* Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
