Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Respond to and assist with guest requests and complete follow-through in accordance with company guidelines;
Perform repairs listed on work orders and conduct preventative maintenance inspections;
Maintain records such as Guest Room PM deficiencies, PM Room Inspections, Life Safety Inspections, Elevator Inspections;
Keep maintenance areas clean and tools organized and ensure safety equipment is operational;
Assist with emergencies at the property or sister sites and coordinate with management and outside vendors
