Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals by providing complimentary shuttle van transportation for our hotel guests and through the maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness of public areas.

• Transport guests to and from the hotel or other surrounding destinations in a safe and timely manner
• Assist guests by loading, unloading and carrying guest baggage on and off the shuttle van
• Provide knowledgeable information to guest inquiries in regards to the hotel services, surrounding attractions, directions etc.
• Monitor and address ongoing maintenance needs of the shuttle van
• Make sure the shuttle van is clean and free of any trash or other debris

• Inspecting property to identify potential and current maintenance and cleanliness needs.
• Cleaning and maintaining exterior areas of the building if not serviced by an outside vendor (e.g. Swimming Pool, Parking & Dumpster Area, Lawn Care, Painting).
• To understand all standards of room/suite/public area cleanliness and take action to keep all areas up to brand and company standards.
• Maintaining shelf organization in the storerooms.
• Replenishing storeroom supplies.
• Removing trash and dirty linens from public areas.
• Sweeping and vacuuming floors.
• Reporting maintenance problems or completing any minor work repair orders. Spot cleaning walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc.

• Must be able to multitask
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds repetitively on a daily basis. Must have a clean driving record and a valid, current and non-probationary driver’s license from the state that the hotel is located in
• Must be flexible in hours and days worked
• Must have good time management skills
