Maintenance Technician

Brookdale Senior Living - 18440 Cochran Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Maintain the interior and exterior of the community buildings and grounds to keep them in top-notch condition per regulations and policy.;
Keep public and private living areas up to expectations and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.;
Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents in both private rooms and public areas.;
Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other governing jurisdictions.
