South Port Square in Port Charlotte, FL is hiring a Maintenance Tech to oversee the upkeep of residential apartments and public areas. You will perform routine and emergency repairs, manage work orders, and support the maintenance team to keep our campus in top condition.
We offer benefits including 401K with employer match, health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, daily pay, and a supportive work environment. Full-time, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with some on-call overtime.
