South Port Square in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of residential apartments and common areas. You will perform routine and emergency repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance maintenance, and assist with campus projects.
The role requires dependable, detail-oriented team players. A full-time schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with some overtime.
