Perform maintenance activities including machine maintenance (molding and auxiliary) and preventive maintenance.;
Manage IQMS preventive maintenance files, including frequency, tasks, and skill level requirements.;
Update IQMS system with daily work orders, completed tasks, and historical data; ensure timely closure of emergency/priority work orders.;
Communicate with equipment suppliers to resolve failures and coordinate with Operations Manager on maintenance timing.;
Travel to assist in startup of new operations and equipment wiring/installation; support other locations as needed.
