Indian River State College is seeking a dedicated and hands‑on Custodial Supervisor to lead custodial services across assigned campus locations. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee daily custodial operations, supervise and develop staff, ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards, and contribute to a positive campus experience for thousands of students, employees, and visitors. Under administrative supervision, this position oversees custodial operations for the College at assigned location(s). Responsibilities include training, leading, and supervising custodial staff; assigning and monitoring daily work activities; ensuring the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of College facilities; ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards, procedures, and codes; and supporting the safe, efficient, and effective operation of campus facilities.

• Performs daily supervision of all custodial full‑time and part‑time staff employees to ensure quality work is being performed; schedules employees; assigns tasks; ensures all custodial staff are properly trained on all cleaning equipment; and troubleshoots any problems they might have.
