Maintenance Manager
Lead, manage, and continuously improve the maintenance organization to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operation of Mono Sol plant assets while supporting overall business objectives.
Provide strategic leadership and technical direction for maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with production goals, asset reliability targets, and long‑term operational needs.
Drive reliability excellence by systematically reducing reactive maintenance, optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and leveraging X5 CMMS data and EWO‑based Root Cause Analysis to enable data‑driven decisions.
Lead and ensure strong cross‑functional collaboration with Safety, Quality, Production, and Engineering to enhance asset performance, minimize downtime, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Ensure the maintenance organization effectively supports Quality Assurance programs by partnering with Quality Engineers, Process Engineers, and the site Fast Response Team to address and prevent internal and external quality issues.
Maintain and operate in a strong dotted‑line partnership with Operations leadership to align maintenance and production priorities, ensuring shared accountability for equipment reliability, uptime, and overall plant performance.
Direct and oversee the Reliability Engineer in the development and execution of reliability‑centered maintenance, preventive maintenance optimization, and failure elimination strategies.

Maintenance planning and scheduling to support reliable, efficient operations
CMMS systems utilization and data management to drive informed decision‑making
Reliability engineering principles, including asset lifecycle management
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem‑solving methodologies
Troubleshooting of complex mechanical, electrical, and control systems
Preventive and predictive maintenance program development and optimization
Broad working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in a process manufacturing environment
Contractor, vendor, and resource management to ensure safe, cost‑effective execution
Project management for maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong critical thinking and sound decision‑making under operational pressure
Effective communication across operations, engineering, quality, and leadership
Proven leadership, accountability, and proactive approach to problem solving
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Continuous improvement mindset with focus on reliability, safety, and operational excellence
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related technical field; equivalent education may be considered.
Experience:
5 years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance within a process manufacturing environment, including demonstrated leadership and development of maintenance teams.
