, a beautifully restored Historic Hotel of America located in the heart of Portland’s Old Port District. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our landmark property and ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
On-Call: Rotating basis required
Pay: $22–$27/hour (based on experience and skills)
Requirements: 2-3 years of maintenance technician experience, Valid driver’s license required

What You’ll Do- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry.
- Complete preventative maintenance for guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
- Maintain hotel exterior areas and assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure all tools and work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Support additional maintenance needs at nearby ownership properties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of related experience or training preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and safety standards.
