The Opportunity

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented individual as a Service Technician (m/w/d) who will provide competent and reliable support to our diverse customers. The position is initially for one year.

Your area of responsibility will primarily be in the region between Dresden, Magdeburg, and Berlin. A high level of travel within the area and occasional overnight stays are part of the job.

Your tasks:

  • Maintenance, repair, and servicing of laboratory equipment and systems on-site, including fault analysis
  • Performing calibrations, qualifications (e.g., IQ/OQ), and safety-related tests
  • Providing technical advice to our customers on service, maintenance, and servicing solutions
  • Ensuring a compliant, safe, and reliable operation of all installed systems
  • Technical documentation of service activities and close collaboration with internal teams

Your profile:

  • Completed technical training, ideally in electrical or refrigeration technology
  • First professional experience as a technician in the field of outside service is an advantage
  • Experience in handling refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and laboratory or medical technology devices is desirable
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as high service and customer orientation
  • Proficient use of MS Office and common IT tools
  • Very good German language skills, technical English skills are advantageous
  • Driver’s license class B and high willingness to travel
