Are You Ready to Lead as a Maintenance Technician in Portland,ME
?
Join Wingate Management Company, an award-winning leader in real estate management, development, and investment. We’re seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy, and experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee and actively participate in maintenance operations atour Portland property.
What You’ll Do- Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
- Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment
- 1+years experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Computer proficiency is a plus
- HVACknowledge is a plus, particularly with boilers and heating systems.
- Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers,and preventative maintenance is essential.
