Shipping and Receiving:
* Inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy, check for damage, and confirm compliance with company standards.
* Sort, label, and store items in designated locations following inventory management protocols.
Order Fulfillment:
* Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
* Ensure products are handled safely and efficiently to minimize damage and delays.
Equipment Operation:
* Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment remains in good working order.
Facility Maintenance:
* Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
* Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
Compliance and Safety:
* Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Participate in safety training programs and actively contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent
* combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
* Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Forklift certification required.
* Possess knowledge to operate scales, conveyor belts and bagging unit.
* Must meet PFT requirements to wear a respirator. Cannot have any facial hair that may interfere with a respirator.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
* Ability to ready, comprehend and carry out detailed and simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
* Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
