Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Portland, OR
Pay Rate: $26-30/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in creating top‑tier living experiences for residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property turnovers
• Responding to service calls
• Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues
• Performing routine property inspections
• Collaborating with the property management team
• Ensuring common areas and building systems are in excellent working order
