Conduct daily facility walk-through, identify repair/service needs, and maintain the Maintenance Log;
Partner with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to discuss club maintenance needs;
Maintain or oversee outside service provider maintenance of pool/spa/steam/sauna for chemical balances and servicing;
Procure repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment;
Perform routine preventative maintenance and OSHA safety checks per guidelines
