Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full‑time, permanent opening for a Warehouse Janitorial Lead to join our Warehouse Cleaning/Janitorial crew.

Work Schedule: Days/nights vary, including weekends.

9 pm – 5:30 am, Thursday – Monday

Starting Pay: $19.30 per hour

• Lead a team in a complex task‑oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently, timely and accurately to all escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other working areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Support callouts by directly working or splitting shifts amongst the team and shift lead, successfully covering daily operation schedules.
• Deliver feedback on ongoing activities and commit to timely escalation reporting procedures to the KBS Management Team.

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments strongly preferred.
• 4+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe‑handling chemical sheets/documents (generally in English; may be in Spanish where state required).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer‑service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor that can motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly and timely manner.
• Use of KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of employee work hours.
