PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the manufacturing industry to hire a Facilities Support Specialist to join our team and support a premier manufacturing partner. In this role, you’ll help create and maintain a spotless, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. Your work directly supports operational excellence and reinforces a culture of professionalism, safety, and pride in the workplace.

This position operates within a clean room environment. Candidates must understand that perfumes, colognes, and fragrances are not permitted while on-site.

As a Facilities Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of our facility. By ensuring every area is clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained, you help create an atmosphere where employees can perform their best and guests feel confident in the organization’s standards.

• Clean and maintain designated areas of the facility daily, including lobbies, restrooms, offices, conference rooms, lunchrooms, and public spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, carpet shampooing, window washing, and trash removal.
• Wax floors weekly or as needed to maintain a polished, professional appearance.
• Maintain and restock clean rooms, storage areas, and restrooms with necessary supplies.
• Inspect public areas daily for potential safety hazards and promptly report concerns to the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure all doors, windows, entrances, and exits are securely closed and locked at the end of your shift.
• Complete assignments efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
• Operate janitorial equipment, including automated floor scrubbers (training provided if needed).

• Strong sense of hospitality, integrity, and pride in your work
• A passion for cleanliness, organization, and maintaining high standards
• Exceptional attention to detail, even in the smallest tasks
• Ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently
• Experience operating janitorial equipment
• Basic computer skills or the ability to quickly learn facility software systems

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with current OSHA safety regulations
• Experience with basic building maintenance or minor repairs

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
