The International School of Portland seeks a Full‑Time Maintenance Custodial professional to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming campus environment for students and staff.

• Maintain facilities, including floor care, restrooms, classrooms, and common areas.
• Perform minor repairs and upkeep of equipment and building systems.
• Ensure grounds are safe and presentable.
• Secure buildings and grounds in accordance with safety protocols.
• Document work orders and track ticket status using CMM or similar systems.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of maintenance or custodial experience in a commercial setting.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Current driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and time‑keeping databases.
• CPR and First Aid certification expected; if not, willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Associate’s degree in building trade or related field.
• Additional CPR or First Aid certification.
