The Assistant Property Manager / Maintenance Technician is a hands‑on support role for the small employee team that manages and maintains our commercial properties directly for ownership.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who likes variety, takes pride in solving problems, enjoys being out in the field, and can also sit down at a computer to document work, communicate clearly, and keep things moving.
Support the Property Manager and company leadership with routine maintenance, property inspections, vendor coordination, reporting, and property management administration across approximately 8 commercial properties within roughly a 20‑mile radius of Portland. This is a new role expected to be approximately 60% field‑based and 40% desk‑based.
You must be comfortable with tools, ladders, lifts, checklists, inspections, minor repairs, property clean‑up, email, texting, phone communication, documentation, and basic Excel reporting.

It's full‑time hourly Tuesday through Saturday, but the schedule may vary based on projects, on‑call needs, emergencies, and business needs.
