Maintenance Technician- Portland

Overview

MG Properties is a large regional property management firm with over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Portland, OR.

• Perform maintenance tasks across all trades, including cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, and apartment turnovers
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
• Provide customer service and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment

• Prefer at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and other trades
• Strong customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team

• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work on-call rotation
