A Clean Solution Services Janitorial Operations Manager is responsible for the growth, operational and financial success of his/her branch. They must lead a diverse team, engage in regular client interaction, develop internal and external relationships with clients, deliver financial goals, manage and forecast an accurate budget, manage vendors, interface with senior leadership and work to continuously develop operational team members. Directly responsible for the overall management of the supervision and janitorial staff assigned to service all the accounts in the branch.

- $21.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE) + Benefits
Responsible for specified locations and employees working in those locations. Train employees; assign tasks; inspect completed work for conformance to standards; assist management in writing employee reviews; filling in for absent employees; replenish supplies; maintain equipment; resolves employee problems or refers matters to owner/manager when appropriate.
General office maintenance, including, but not limited to:
Trash removal; dusting; cleaning and re-stocking supplies in restrooms, break-rooms, coffee centers; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming; window washing; replacing light bulbs; buffing floors; stripping and waxing floors; carpet cleaning; other duties as assigned.
